At Sleeping Expert, we stand behind our products and are happy to assist you if you have any issues with the quality or performance of our gear.
Sleeping Expert provides a one-year warranty on any manufacturing defects for footwear and six months for apparel and accessories from the date of purchase purchased from Sleeping Expert or a Sleeping Expert authorized retailer.
The Sleeping Expert warranty program does not cover defects due to improper fit, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
WARRANTY
We at Sleeping Expert realize that purchasing a mattress is a major decision and a significant financial investment.
We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible sleep experience. We provide a limited warranty for all our products, giving you the peace of mind to make the right decision for your sleep.
What is Covered by the Warranty
Our limited warranty covers any defects in the material or quality of your mattress. This includes any physical flaws caused by the manufacturing process that result in the mattress losing its shape or support.
It also covers any manufacturing defects in the cover or stitching. The warranty does not cover any damages due to improper use or care of the mattress or normal wear and tear.
Duration of the Warranty
The limited warranty is valid for ten years from the date of purchase of the mattress.
The warranty is then prorated over the remaining years, with the customer being responsible for a portion of the cost of repair or replacement.
What to Do If You Experience a Defect
If you experience a defect in the mattress that is covered by the warranty, please get in touch with us at Sleeping Expert.
We will work with you to determine the best solution for your situation. In some cases, we may be able to repair the mattress. In other cases, we may need to replace it. We will make sure that you get the best solution possible.
Limitations of the Warranty
The warranty does not cover any damages due to improper care or use of the mattress. This includes any physical damage caused by pets, children, or others.
It also does not cover any stains or damage due to spills or other liquids. The warranty does not cover any changes in the feel or firmness of the mattress due to normal wear and tear.
Additional Warranties
At Sleeping Expert, we also offer additional warranties that may be purchased separately.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Sleeping Expert Corporation (“Sleeping Expert“) warrants that its footwear products will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Its apparel and accessories products will be free from manufacturing defects for six months of purchase.
Unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty applies only to Sleeping Expert products purchased from Sleeping Expert or a Sleeping Expert-authorized retailer.
Sleeping Expert products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow Sleeping Expert’s policies and procedures—sleeping Expert reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers related to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
This warranty does not cover any defects due to improper fit, everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
Purchasers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should submit a claim to Sleeping Expert via email, which can be found here. Sleeping Expert will repair or replace a defective product covered by this limited warranty.
There are no warranties that extend beyond those indicated herein. Any implied warranties that may apply to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
Under no circumstances shall Sleeping Expert be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
